Ken’s Family Barber Shop Cancelation Policy!
CANCELLATIONS. 2 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation less than 2 hours, the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service.
LATE- If you are more than 10 minutes Late to your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged full price of the service missed. You will have to re-book online.
